On February 27th, The Stefanie H. Weill Center for the Performing Arts hosted a fund raising gala called "The Oscar Night". This years theme was Around the World in 80 Days, in their condensed version you could visit many places around the world in one night and enjoy delicacies popular in these countries! The John Michael Kohler Arts Center had their fund raising gala Saturday January 30, 2010. Tickets were sold in advance at the JMKAC. Some items used in staging for the event were provided by The Mixx Design Centre. For more information about next years event please contact JMKAC.

The Mixx Design Centre hosted an open house on December 3, 2009. All Chamber Members were invited to attend and we had a excellent turn out. It was a Business Connections event. The party was a wonderful evening of hordourves and desserts and we offered a hot cider bar as well as a wine bar for our guests. They were able to visit and do some networking while checking out our 6000 square foot showroom. We gave each guest a sachet as they left as a thank you for attending.
